You may secure your lodging by two methods:
- You may call the Hard Rock Hotel Chicago directly before
June 28, 2009 at (866) 966-5166. When calling
please reference the conference code “DVCS071209”.
- You may also reserve your room online before June
28, 2009 by emailing reservations@hardrockhotelchicago.com.
You must reference the conference code “DVCS071209”.
The conference rate of $177.00 per night
plus 15.4% local and state tax cannot be guaranteed after June
28, 2009.
Your reservation must be guaranteed with a major
credit card. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do
so 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date, to avoid a direct
credit card charge for one night’s lodging. If you cancel
your reservation, obtain a cancellation number from the reservationist
for your records.
Parking
Valet Parking Rates:
- Up to a hourly $14
- 1-2 Hours $18
- 2-4 Hours $20
- 4-12 Hours $24
- 12-24 Hours $46

Overnight valet parking rates for Friday and Saturday have been slashed to just $25/night

Self-parking is also available nearby.
Travel Arrangements
You will be responsible for your own travel
arrangements. As a cost savings tip to you, we suggest you make
these arrangements no later than 14 days prior to the meeting
start date directly with your personal agent.

The Hard Rock Hotel Chicago is located about 17 miles from the O’Hare Airport and 10 miles from the Midway Airport.

From Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD):
- Hotel direction: 17 miles SE
- Take I-90/Kennedy Expressway eastbound to the downtown Chicago Area
- Exit at Ohio East - take Ohio east towards Michigan Avenue
- Turn right (South) on North LaSalle Street
- Turn left (east) on Wacker Drive
- Slight right on East Wacker Place/South Water
- The Hard Rock Hotel is on the right side of the street at the corner of South Water and Michigan Avenue
From Midway Airport (MDW):
- Hotel direction: 10 miles NE
- Follow signs to Interstate 55 North
- Merge onto Lake Shore Drive North (Route 41)
- Exit at Randolph Street (West)
- Turn right on North State Street
- Turn right on Wacker Drive
- Keep slight right on East Wacker Place/ South Water
- The Hard Rock Hotel is on the right side of the street at the corner of South Water and Michigan Avenue
